Compliance Note (Romanian e-Commerce Law no. 365/2002 Art. 5 & GEO no. 34/2014 Art. 6): All company identification fields (S.R.L. name, CUI, Trade Registry number, registered address, and phone) must be populated with verified ONRC certificate details prior to commercial launch.
02. Scope of Services and Nature of Experiences
PASTFIVE CLUB curates intimate creative workshops and cultural gatherings with strictly limited seating (typically between 10 and 16 guests per edition), held on a specific calendar date and time window (e.g., baroque pearl jewelry atelier, hand-built ceramics, sculptural floral design, botanical painting, perfumery, and guided tastings).
Every edition page clearly displays, prior to checkout: the title and description of the experience, the exact date and time window (Europe/Bucharest timezone), neighborhood and venue details, duration, all included materials and refreshments, remaining seat availability, and the total price per seat in RON.
The distance contract is concluded at the moment payment is confirmed and the nominal digital ticket (cryptographically signed QR code) is issued to the guest’s email address.
03. Pricing in RON, Seat Reservation, and Payment Conditions (Stripe)
All prices displayed on the PASTFIVE CLUB platform are stated in Romanian Leu (RON) and represent the final price per guest, inclusive of all craft materials, refreshments specified in the edition description, and applicable taxes.
When initiating checkout, selected seats are temporarily held for 30 minutes. If payment is not completed within this window, the temporary hold expires automatically and the seats are released back to general availability or the Waitlist.
Online payments are processed securely through Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified), accepting Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. PASTFIVE CLUB never collects, accesses, or stores full payment card numbers or CVV/CVC security codes.
04. Legal Regime of Fixed-Date Event Tickets (OUG 34/2014 Art. 16(l) Exception)
Pursuant to Article 16(l) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals (transposing Article 16(l) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU), service contracts relating to leisure activities are exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
Because each PASTFIVE CLUB edition is a fixed-date, fixed-time cultural and leisure gathering for an intimate group (10–16 guests) for which the Organizer books venues and pre-orders perishable or bespoke materials (fresh botanicals, freshwater pearls, clay, artisanal food and wine), tickets purchased for a specific dated edition are non-refundable upon guest-initiated cancellation.
To provide genuine flexibility to our community, if your plans change and you can no longer attend a booked edition, you may transfer your ticket free of charge to another person in accordance with Section 05 below.
LEGAL REVIEW FLAG — Nuance requiring counsel validation: The exemption under Art. 16(l) of OUG 34/2014 applies strictly to leisure services (cultural, social, recreational workshops) with a specific date or period of performance. If PASTFIVE CLUB ever introduces in the future: (a) open-dated gift vouchers (where no specific event date is fixed at purchase), (b) shipped physical merchandise, or (c) formal vocational training courses not legally classified as leisure activities, those offerings DO NOT qualify for the Art. 16(l) exception and must grant the statutory 14-day withdrawal right. Qualified Romanian legal counsel should verify any new product category.
05. Free Nominal Ticket Transfer Mechanism
Any holder of a confirmed ticket (status "ISSUED") may transfer their seat to another person (friend, colleague, family member) completely free of charge up to 2 (two) hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event.
Transfers can be completed instantaneously via the self-service form on the digital ticket page linked in your confirmation email (by providing the new guest’s name and email alongside the current holder’s email for verification), or by emailing hello@pastfiveclub.com.
Upon transfer completion, the previous QR code is automatically revoked in the check-in system, and the new guest receives a freshly signed cryptographic QR ticket with updated Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes.
06. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Organizer (100% Full Refund)
The leisure withdrawal exception never limits the Organizer’s obligation to perform the service. If PASTFIVE CLUB cancels an edition (for instance, due to host illness, unforeseen venue unavailability, or technical impossibility), all ticket holders are notified immediately by email and telephone.
In the event of an Organizer-initiated cancellation, the guest has the unconditional right to choose between: (a) a full 100% refund of the ticket price returned automatically to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days, or (b) a complimentary transfer to a future edition of the guest’s choice.
Similarly, if PASTFIVE CLUB reschedules the date or time of an edition and the new schedule does not suit the guest, the guest is unconditionally entitled to a 100% full refund.
07. Participation Conduct, Punctuality, Allergens, and Editorial Photography
Minimum Age: PASTFIVE CLUB gatherings are designed for guests aged 18 and over, particularly editions featuring wine or champagne pairings. Non-alcoholic botanical infusions and artisanal refreshments are always provided.
Punctuality & Check-in: Doors open 15 minutes before the scheduled start time upon presentation of your signed QR code (on your phone screen, Apple/Google Wallet, or printed). Because craft guidance begins at the start of the session, arriving more than 30 minutes late may limit your ability to complete all workshop stages.
Allergies & Dietary Notes: Guests are kindly asked to note any food allergies or sensitivities in the checkout notes field or via email at least 48 hours prior to the event.
Photography & Privacy: Discreet atmospheric photography (tabletop details, hands at work, wide room views) may take place during editions. We deeply respect guest privacy: no recognizable close-up portrait is used for promotional purposes without the guest’s consent, and you may simply let the host know upon arrival if you prefer not to appear in any photographs.
08. Force Majeure, Governing Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ANPC / SAL)
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to a force majeure event as defined under Article 1351 of the Romanian Civil Code, provided that if an edition cannot take place, the Organizer will offer rescheduling or full reimbursement of paid amounts.

Pursuant to Romanian Government Ordinance no. 38/2015 on alternative dispute resolution between consumers and traders, if a dispute cannot be resolved directly with the Organizer, consumers may refer the matter to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Directorate (SAL) within the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) at https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/ or https://anpc.ro/.
