Floral Architecture: Autumn Lines & Ikebana Study
A study in negative space, sculptural stems, and botanical balance using traditional kenzan pin frogs.

Far removed from dense conventional bouquets, architectural floral design looks for the quiet tension between a curved branch, a deep burgundy calla lily, and the space left empty around them.
Working entirely without synthetic floral foam, we use low stoneware vessels and weighted brass kenzan pin frogs. You will learn how to read the natural posture of each stem—deep oxblood calla lilies, muted blush garden roses, and seasonal branches.
Each guest composes a complete architectural arrangement and takes home both the botanicals and their own heavy brass kenzan to continue creating seasonal studies at home.
